This course provides an understanding of organizational systems, planning, and business process, and hoy information is used for management support in organizations. It covers systems thinking theory, quality and decision theory, information theory, and practice essential for providing viable information to the organization. It outlines the concepts of IS for competitive advantage, date as resource, IS and IT planning and implementation, change, and project management. The course will emphasize organizational issues that impact the implementation, management and use of information technology.

차시별 강의

1.	Global E-Business and Collaboration	The lecture focuses on explaining how IT is aiding to perform business.
2.	Information Systems Organization and Strategy	The lesson explains how imformation flows through business and how to manage it.
3.	Ethical and Social Issues in Information Systems	The lesson explains how there must be ethical decisions when developing information systems.
4.	IT Infrastructure	The lesson explains how to build the infrastructure that will support all the IT systems.
5.	Foundations of Business Intelligence , Databases and Information Management	The lesson explains how data is managed in order to perform decisions.
6.	Telecommunications , the Internet and Wireless Technology	The lesson explains the different sources of data and information.
7.	Achieving Operational Excellence and Customer Intimacy	The lesson explains how companies can be more productive through IT systems.
8.	E-Commerce	The lesson explains how companies can benefit from selling their products through digital systems.
9.	Knowledge Management and AI	The lesson explains how data can be used for business decisions and how data can be predicted through algorithms.
10.	Decision Support Systems	The lesson focuses on explaining how business decisions can be supported through IT systems.
